  2. Note the name of your I.S. Representative.
  3. Type your name, phone number, and your I.S. Representative's name in the box below.
  4. Click on the "Click Here" button.
  5. If the software does not automatically download, click on the "Manually download the software." link.
  6. In the "Start ScreenSharing" prompt, click "OK" to allow your I.S. Representative to view your computer screen.
